GENERAL SALON THINGS
We are an appointment-only salon to ensure every client gets the time and attention they deserve. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot!
You can book online through our website, call the salon, or DM us on social media! New clients looking for extensions or color transformations may need to fill out a consultation form first.
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Some services (like hair extensions and major color transformations) require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment. This goes toward your final service total.
Life happens! If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. Give us a call ASAP if you think you’ll be late!
Yes! We offer event styling and bridal hair both in-salon and on-location. Contact us for details and availability.
COLOR + BLONDING
If you're unsure, book a consultation first! We’ll assess your hair, discuss your goals, and create a plan to achieve your dream color.
It depends on your service!
Blonding or Balayage – Every 8-12 weeks for brightness, with a toner refresh in between.
Root Touch-Ups – Every 4-6 weeks for seamless coverage.
Fashion Colors (vivid shades) – Every 4-6 weeks, since bright colors fade faster.We use high-quality products and techniques to maintain the integrity of your hair. However, any chemical process can cause dryness, so at-home care is key! Using professional shampoos, treatments, and heat protection will keep your hair strong and healthy.
HAIR EXTENSIONS
We specialize in custom hair extensions, including Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) and other luxury methods that look natural and blend seamlessly.
With proper care, your extensions can last 6-12 months. However, they require maintenance every 6-8 weeks to keep them looking flawless.
Yes! You can curl, straighten, and style your extensions just like your natural hair. Just make sure to use heat protectant and avoid excessive heat.
Yes, but with extra care! Always rinse your hair first, apply a leave-in conditioner, and braid it before swimming. Chlorine and salt water can be drying, so wash and brush your hair as soon as you’re done.
